Santa Maria di Leuca

Santa Maria di Leuca, pearl of the extreme edge of Italy, lies on a stretch of coast alternating with cliffs and small sandy coves. The numerous caves are of great historical and naturalistic interest and the seabed is a true paradise for underwater tourism. The ravines of the coast can almost all be reached by boat and the artefacts found have testified to human presence since the Paleolithic.
Characteristic is the Santa Maria di Leuca lighthouse, located 47 meters above the ground and 102 from sea level, it offers a truly breathtaking view and is visible for several kilometers before reaching the town.
At the top of the lighthouse it will be possible to see an endless and wonderful landscape, with the port and the entire town of Leuca before your eyes.
